Job Title: US Recruiting HR Shared Services


Shift Timings: 5:00 PM 02:00 AM, 6:00 PM 03:00 AM IST. Willingness to work from the office and stretch when business requires. (Needs to flexible for any shift change)


Role Brief:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US Non-IT Recruiter with 2 to 5 years of experience in recruiting for roles across Industrial, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, Environmental Services, Oil & Gas, Construction, and other non-IT verticals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, for various US-based roles while collaborating with onsite recruiters and hiring managers.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles across multiple business units in the US.
  • Understand job requirements and hiring manager expectations to build effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards (Indeed, CareerBuilder, Monster, etc.), LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
  • Screen and assess candidates based on job requirements, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up for feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS

Qualifications:


  • 2 to 5 years of experience as a US Recruiter with a focus on Non-IT roles.
  • Must be good in W2 Recruitment and doing hands on sourcing.
  • Strong understanding of various non-technical domains such as Skilled Trades, Logistics, Environmental Services, and Corporate Functions (HR, Finance, Sales).
  • Experience working with VMS tools and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills, especially for hard-to-fill and volume-based roles.
  • Proven experience working in US time zones and managing high-volume recruiting pipelines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
