Job Summary

NLB Services is hiring passionate and performance-driven US Non-IT Recruiters to join our growing US Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have experience recruiting for non-technical roles across various industries and be proficient in handling the complete recruitment lifecycle for W2, C2C, and Full-Time positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for US Non-IT positions through job portals, LinkedIn, ATS, and other sourcing channels.
• Work on requirements across domains such as Techno Functional, BFSI, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering (Non-IT), and other Non-Technical roles.
• Screen candidate profiles based on job requirements and client expectations.
• Conduct initial HR interviews to assess communication skills, work authorization, availability, and compensation expectations.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer discussions.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment activities in the ATS.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates, vendors, and hiring managers.
• Meet individual recruitment targets while maintaining quality submissions.

Required Skills

• 6 Months – 5 Years of experience in US Non-IT Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience working on W2, C2C, and Full-Time requirements.
• Strong understanding of the US Staffing recruitment lifecycle.
• Knowledge of US work authorization (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, GC-EAD, OPT/CPT, TN Visa, etc.).
• Experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice (for applicable roles), and other job portals.
• Strong Boolean search and sourcing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience working with Direct Clients and/or Implementation Partners is preferred.
• Ability to recruit across multiple Non-IT domains.
