Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage US immigration cases from start to finish, ensuring timely processing and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to gather required documents and information.
• Conduct thorough reviews of client applications, identifying potential issues and providing guidance on resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of case files, updates, and communications.

Job Requirements :

• 2-10 years of experience in US immigration law or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of USCIS policies, procedures, and regulations governing various types of visas (e.g., H1B, LCA).
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, attorneys, and internal teams.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
