Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Female US Hiring Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based and global clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for candidate sourcing, initial screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and maintaining a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based and global clients.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, job portals, and other hiring platforms.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates based on qualifications, experience, communication, and role fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and trackers.
• Meet defined hiring targets and recruitment timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in US Hiring, International Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong English communication skills; US accent will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable working in US Night Shifts.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve hiring targets.
• Graduation is mandatory.
