Job Summary

Looking for a US Healthcare Recruiter with experience in full-cycle recruitment for direct hire fulltime healthcare positions across the US. The candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with clients to close positions within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS.
• Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
• Good understanding of US healthcare hiring.
• Strong communication and sourcing skills.
• Experience using ATS and job portals.
• Ability to work in US shifts.
