Job Title: US Engineering Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated US Engineering Recruiter to source, screen, and hire engineering professionals for our US clients. The ideal candidate should have experience recruiting across engineering disciplines and be familiar with the US hiring process, job boards, and ATS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Source engineering candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and Boolean searches.
• Recruit for roles such as:
• Mechanical Engineers
• Electrical Engineers
• Civil Engineers
• Manufacturing Engineers
• Industrial Engineers
• Quality Engineers
• Design Engineers
• Project Engineers
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering talent.
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer discussions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of US engineering recruitment experience.
• Strong understanding of engineering job roles and terminology.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as, JobDiva, Ceipal.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent communication.
• Ability to work in US time zones.

Preferred Skills

• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, construction, or energy clients.
• Knowledge of US employment laws and hiring practices.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
