Job Description
We are hiring for USA Engineering/IT Recruiter role at SARACA Solutions, Noida.
SARACA Solutions is looking for few experienced Engineering/IT Recruiters with 0.5 -3 years of experience to join our growing USA talent acquisition team in Noida.
Location: Sector 59, Noida (Onsite)
Shift: Night Shift : 6:00 PM to 3:30 AM
Work Schedule: 5 Days Working (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Education: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 6 months -3 Years in Recruitment.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in Engineering/IT Recruitment
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job portals, networking)
- Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening and onboarding
- Strong understanding of US visas and Tax terms.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
