Role & responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing methods using job boards, social media, and networking.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further assessments.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated with industry trends, hiring best practices, and market conditions

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Graduation
• Experience: 1yr+
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet hiring deadlines.
