About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling corporate legal matters, contract management, statutory compliance, and employment-related legal issues. Candidates with prior experience in the Staffing/Recruitment Industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, negotiate, and vet commercial agreements, contracts, NDAs, SLAs, MOUs, vendor agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide legal advice on business operations, contracts, employment matters, and corporate governance.
• Handle legal notices, disputes, litigation coordination, and responses to legal queries.
• Liaise with external legal counsels, government authorities, and regulatory bodies as required.
• Identify legal risks and recommend practical solutions to minimize business exposure.
• Maintain legal documentation, records, and compliance trackers.
• Support internal stakeholders with legal guidance on business transactions and policy matters.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law LLB/LLM from a recognized university.

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Law.
• Experience in the Staffing/Recruitment Industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, contract, and labor laws.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple legal matters independently.
