1.JOB PURPOSE
Complete Technology support for HES/ MDM/ Peripheral application to Operations team for the said location.

Key Performance Indicators
Coordinating with stakeholders to integrate the applications into the overall
business processes.
Business process Documentation and SOP

Lead design and ensure the platform meets all the SLAs measurement
requirement.
Project SLAs should be met on daily / monthly basis.
SAT / SLA Approval of each meter lot from
Discom.
To conduct monthly SAT for the maximum meter numbers possible by
strong coordination with operations team.

Educational Qualifications
B.Tech (Preferably Computer Science) / MCA
Strong data interpretation & Analytical ability
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-
technical stakeholders
Ability to effectively manage numerous simultaneous External and Internal interactions
Relevant and total years of Experience
8+ years of total experience in the area of metering / Smart metering
