Permanent basis for a top Global Pharma/healthcare organization.
- Experience: 6 to 10 years years of Statistical programming (SAS Programming)experience with ADAM/SDTM is mandatory. And for Sr.Role 7 to 15 years with people management role, ability to independently lead studies, own deliverables, ensure quality/validation, and mentor junior programmers .
- Must-Have Skills: Strong SAS programming, ADaM/SDTM/TLFs, and clinical trial data expertise and study lead experience.
- Top Screen-Outs: Lack of clinical data standards knowledge (SDTM/ADaM), limited QC/validation experience, or inability to independently deliver study programming activities.
Expectations:
- Strong SAS/programming fundamentals and SQL knowledge
- Understanding of clinical trial and bioinformatics datasets
- Experience with data validation, TLF generation, and database handling
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- 6 to 15 years in clinical/statistical/SAS programming or bioinformatics for two roles.
- CRO/pharma/clinical research experience preferred
- Exposure to SAS, R, or Python is a plus
