Urgent opening For Java Architect -Telecom ( Immediate Joiners)

We are looking for a Java Technical Architect to own the low-level design and technical direction of large-scale, cloud-native microservices platforms. You will translate business requirements into detailed component-level designs, set engineering standards, and lead the design, build and deployment of resilient, secure, high-performance systems on Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience Requirements

• 12+ years overall experience in software engineering.
• Minimum 6 years designing and building Spring Boot microservices applications/products deployed on Docker and Kubernetes.
• 68 years performing low-level design (LLD) at detailed component level component decomposition, service boundaries, API contracts, data models and integration patterns.

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Core: Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data JPA
• Security & resilience: Spring Security, Vault (secrets management), Resilience4J, Bucket4J (rate limiting)
• API & integration: API Gateway, RabbitMQ / Kafka
• Data: SQL & query optimization, Cache (Redis / Hazelcast)
• Observability & logging: Elastic Search, Logstash, Sleuth, Prometheus
• Containers & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes

Good-to-Have

• Telecom domain expertise (OSS/BSS, NMS/EMS, 5G/TMF)
• AWS services (EC2, EKS)
• Oracle database
• Team management and mentoring
• Product development experience

Key Responsibilities :

• Produce detailed low-level/component-level designs, HLDs, API specifications and integration contracts.
• Architect and decompose monoliths into scalable, event-driven Spring Boot microservices.
• Define standards for security (Spring Security, Vault), resiliency (Resilience4J, Bucket4J) and observability (ELK, Sleuth, Prometheus).
• Design container deployment topology and CI/CD for Docker/Kubernetes environments.
• Own non-functional requirements scalability, performance, availability, security.
• Lead architecture and code reviews; mentor engineers and enforce engineering best practices.
• Partner with product owners, DevOps, QA and stakeholders across the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Proven track record delivering mission-critical, cloud-native enterprise platforms.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and Agile/Scrum experience.
