Job Description
Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
Drive HR projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
Lead and support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
Support organizational change, culture-building and transformation programs.
Analyze HR data and workforce metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions that support business objectives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies while fostering a positive employee experience.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to develop hiring strategies and ensure successful onboarding of new employees.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's / Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
15+ years of HR experience, 5 years preferably in an HRBP role.
Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, and employee relations experience.
Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
