Role & responsibilities :

For Manager/Sr Manager Contracts- Civil

Looking for an experienced Contracts professional to manage the award and administration of civil, waterproofing, and civil infrastructure contracts for horizontal development projects (townships and high-end villa communities) across South India. The role sits within the Procurement function and requires a strong blend of technical estimation ability, market intelligence, and vendor relationship management to ensure the right contractors are engaged at the right commercial terms.

Qualification: BE/ Diploma Civil Engineering

For Manager/Sr Manager Contracts- MEP

Looking for an experienced MEP Contracts professional to manage the award and administration of MEP packages Electrical, PHE, Fire Fighting, HVAC, ICT, and Elevators for horizontal development projects (townships and high-end villa communities) across South India. The role sits within the Procurement function and requires strong technical understanding of MEP systems, BOQ development, OEM/vendor relationships, and commercial negotiation skills to ensure optimal contractor and material sourcing strategies.

Qualification: Bachelors degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline

Preferred candidate profile:

The candidate should have villa project experience.
