Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and promote the GSA (General Sales Agent) business for airline cargo operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with freight forwarders, logistics companies, exporters, and other key customers.
  • Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Prepare and share quotations with customers and follow up for business conversion.
  • Coordinate with airline partners and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of cargo bookings and customer requirements.
  • Handle customer inquiries, rate requests, and service-related issues professionally.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and market mapping to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Negotiate rates and commercial terms with customers in line with company guidelines.
  • Maintain sales reports, customer records, and business updates in the CRM system.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service support.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Customer Service and should have experience from either Freight Forwarding or Airlines or Logistics or related industries.
  • Good understanding of air cargo, freight forwarding, or airline sales operations.
  • Experience in quotation preparation, pricing discussions, and customer coordination.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong follow-up and customer service orientation.
