Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries generated through Digital Marketing leads.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential properties.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
• Build relationships with customers, developers, and investors.
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate and convert prospects into buyers.
• Coordinate with the CRM team to ensure a smooth post-sales experience.
• Deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
