Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle international outbound and inbound calls with prospective clients professionally and confidently.
- Communicate clearly and attentively to understand client requirements.
- Utilize strong persuasion and convincing skills to promote services.
- Generate leads through cold calling for Sponsors and Exhibitors.
- Manage lead conversations effectively and ensure successful closures.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of customer support processes.
- Typing speed of 35 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Ability to work in night shifts and from the office as required.
- Graduates and undergraduates are eligible to apply.
