An International Voice Process Job is a job where the executives are assigned to handle the calls from customers in different countries, particularly the U.S, Australia, etc. These jobs include product and service support or technical support in which the customer is calling to solve an issue.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate should be excellent in communication skills, Good to have customer handling skills, Graduates & Undergraduates can also apply, should be flexible to work from office and night shifts
