Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle international customer calls, emails, and chats to provide excellent customer service.
  • Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve process efficiency.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to handle complex issues effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-4 years of experience in an International BPO environment or similar industry.
  • Fresher can also apply
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong verbal communication skills for clear articulation over phone/video calls.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts (24x7) as per business requirements.
