Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers for gold loan products and services.
  
• Conduct business development activities to acquire new clients.
  
• Meet sales targets set by the organization.
  
• Develop strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in banking sales, cross sales, or related fields.
  
• Strong understanding of banking products such as loans against gold (LAG) and other financial instruments.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and relationship-building.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
