Responsibilies
• Conduct a review of customer le to check for accuracy, completeness, and ensuring all
supportng documentaon is uploaded
• Primary contact for exper¢se on policy and procedures.
• Responsible for dissemina¢ng and implemen¢ng changes to the policy and procedures
• Iden¢fy training gaps and needs
• Liaising with the Middle Oce Line of Business for any excep¢ons and exemp¢ons
• Ini¢ate and coordinate client outreach for fetching client documenta¢ons and any addi¢onal
informa¢on
• Assess client legal hierarchy and the Know Your Client (KYC) documenta¢on required as per
policy
• Able to iden¢fy red ags and judge the need for escala¢on
• Able to meet volume and quality check targets to meet service level agreements without
compromising on quality
• Iden¢fy, recommend and implement process eciencies
• Maintain a record of and report progress as required

Hands-on experience with AI and produc¢vity tools such as Microso¢ Copilot, ChatGPT,
and other AI-enabled analy¢cal pla¢orms to improve opera¢onal eciency and decision-
making.

related technologies will be an added advantage.
