Role & responsibilities:

1. Assist in integrating LLMs, vision models, and pre-trained AI services into internal systems.

2. Support development of Generative AI solutions and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for business use cases.

3. Help implement AI tools in workflows and automate tasks using APIs.

4. Assist in fine-tuning and optimizing models using prompt engineering and datasets.

5. Support building AI-based applications, including basic multi-agent or decision systems.

6. Work on extracting structured data from PDFs and documents using OCR and NLP techniques.

7. Assist in developing voice-based AI features like speech recognition and processing.

8. Help in deploying lightweight AI models for mobile or edge environments.

9. Support in improving language accuracy and model responses.

10. Assist in monitoring AI performance and testing for accuracy and reliability.

11. Ensure outputs follow basic quality and ethical AI guidelines.

12. Maintain documentation for tasks, learnings, and processes.

13. Follow coding best practices and learn through reviews and feedback.

14. Collaborate with different teams to understand requirements and support implementation.

15. Stay updated with AI/ML trends and continuously learn new tools and technologies.

Preferred candidate profile:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
Strong programming skills in Python with good knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers, and Scikit-learn.
Basic understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning (preferred).
Familiarity with OCR and document parsing tools such as Tesseract OCR, PDFMiner, LayoutLM, or Azure Form Recognizer (preferred).
Exposure to workflow automation tools like Crew AI or LangChain (preferred).
Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and containerization concepts.
Strong analytical thinking with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
