Job Description
- Bachelor or Master s Degree in Architecture or Urban Design
- Ability to efficiently coordinate between different internal and external teams to ensure timely completion of projects and daily activities.
- Excellent communication skills, team oriented, self-initiator, responsible, and highly motivated.
- Ability to work efficiently on execution drawings for architecture/urban design projects.
- Good Knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch up, 3dMax)
- Good Knowledge of graphic presentation tools (MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint)
- COA/Other field related registration is desirable.
- LEED APIGBC AP/GRIHA desirable but not mandatory
- International Education or Work Experience a Plus
- Highly collaborative nature
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with the design team on projects from concept design through GFC s
- Assist with the selection and review of materials, preparation of Tender Documents
- Attend client and construction meetings / site visits
- Responsible for daily design and/or technical development of project
- Act as a project architect
- Manage files, drawing sets, data and documentation for the project
Qualification:
Bachelor or Master s Degree in Architecture, Urban Design, Planning or equivalent
IGBC AP/LEED AP/GRIHA Preferred

4 to 6 years of work experience with architectural or urban design projects
