Lakme Unisex Salon, Kabir Nagar, Durgakund, Varanasi is hiring an experienced Unisex Hair Dresser / Hair Stylist who is skilled in both men's and women's hair services and can also provide male beauty and grooming services.
We are looking for a professional who has strong technical skills, understands customer requirements, and can deliver an excellent salon experience.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Men's and women's haircuts
- Hair styling, blow-dry and finishing
- Hair colouring and highlights
- Hair spa and hair treatments
- Straightening, smoothening and other chemical treatments
- Beard trimming, styling and grooming
- Men's facial and clean-up services
- Head massage and other male grooming/beauty services
- Recommend suitable hairstyles, treatments and grooming services to clients
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness of tools and workstation
- Provide excellent customer service
Candidate Requirements
- Prior salon experience as a Unisex Hair Dresser / Hair Stylist
- Must be comfortable providing services to both male and female clients
- Should be able to provide male beauty and grooming services
- Good knowledge of modern haircuts, styling, colouring and treatments
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Professional, well-groomed and team-oriented
- Experience with established salon brands is preferred
Salary
20,000 - 30,000 per month
Salary will be decided based on experience, technical skills and overall expertise.
