Salary

• Experienced: Up to 5.5 LPA to 6.5 LPA (Based on experience & interview performance)

Who Can Apply?

• Freshers are welcome.
• UG / Graduation is Mandatory.
• Candidates with 1+ years of experience in Customer Support or International Voice Process.
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Customer-centric attitude with good problem-solving ability.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable working in UK & US rotational shifts.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from UK customers professionally.
• Resolve customer queries with empathy and accuracy.
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every interaction.
• Update customer information and maintain accurate records.
• Escalate complex issues when required.
• Meet quality and productivity targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
