Preferred Profile

• Strong hands-on experience in UKG HCM configuration.
• Experience participating in configuration workshops and design discussions.
• Good understanding of Talent Acquisition / Recruiting processes.
• Experience working across multiple UKG HCM modules is preferred.
• Strong documentation, analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with functional and technical HCM teams.
