Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented UK Non-IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across non-IT domains for the UK and European markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for diverse UK/European Non-IT roles (Finance, Admin, HR, Operations, Marketing, Sales, etc.).

• Utilize UK job portals (CV-Library, Reed, Totaljobs, LinkedIn Recruiter) to build a robust candidate pipeline.

• Understand UK market trends, visa/work authorization requirements (e.g., Right to Work, ILR), and UK notice periods.

• Manage candidate engagement from initial contact through interview scheduling, salary negotiation, and offer acceptance.

• Coordinate seamlessly with hiring managers and clients to fulfill open requisitions within strict SLAs.

Role Requirements

• 13 years of hands-on experience in Non-IT recruitment specifically catering to the UK or European markets.

• Strong understanding of UK geography, tax terms (PAYE, Umbrella, Ltd Company), and employment regulations.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Ability to work comfortably in UK shifts.

• Must be currently residing in or willing to commute within Hyderabad (Hybrid model).
