Role Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience to design intuitive and scalable product experiences for web and mobile applications. The role requires a balance of UX thinking and visual design skills, with the ability to understand requirements, explore solutions, and translate them into well-crafted interfaces for complex web applications.

Responsibilities

• Understand product requirements, user needs, and business goals to design effective user experiences.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to explore and communicate design solutions.
• Design responsive interfaces for complex web applications and ensure consistency across devices.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Present and explain design decisions clearly during reviews and discussions.
• Contribute to and effectively use the product s design system to maintain consistency and scalability.
• Work across multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and design workflows to improve productivity, accelerate iterations, and enhance the quality of design deliverables.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
• Experience designing SaaS or complex web applications, including responsive interfaces.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, problem-solving, and high-quality UI design for real product experiences, preferably SaaS or product interfaces and not just limited to marketing websites or landing pages.
• Proficiency in Figma, with familiarity in tools such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
• Good hands-on experience working with or contributing to design systems.
• Good understanding of design foundations along with UX principles and user-centred design practices, including exposure to user research and usability testing.
• Confidence in presenting designs and collaborating with developers and stakeholders.
