UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, understand user behavior, and be able to transform ideas into engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications.

1. Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.
2. Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive user interfaces.
3. Collaborate with frontend/backend developers to implement designs accurately.
4. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve designs.
5. Ensure consistency across all digital products and maintain a design system.
6. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
7. Optimize designs for various devices and screen sizes (responsive design).

1. Strong proficiency in UI/UX design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop.
2. Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
3. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
4. Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards.
5. Experience with design systems and style guides.
6. Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
7. Strong visual design, typography, color theory, and layout skills.
8. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
