Job Description

We are seeking a creative, talented, and knowledgeable Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in designing user-centric web and mobile interfaces, with a proven track record in end-to-end user experience design processes.

Skillset 

• We seek a creative, talented, and knowledgeable lead UX designer capable of producing stunning, user-centric web/mobile interfaces.
• They must have proven experience in the end-to-end user experience design processes with a portfolio to show.
• One can articulate the vision, inspire clients to adopt a design thinking mindset, drive the product/application strategy, roadmap, and governance.
• Apply design thinking, design methods, tools & processes to generate new ideas and concepts.
• Define the end-to-end, holistic customer experience, communicate design decisions, lead cross-functional teams to decode fuzzy problems to working solution prototypes.
• Articulate, explain, and defend conceptual and directional choices with excellent communication skills.
• The designer is expected to engage in business development, growing and scaling design businesses.
• Must have a solid working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and associated design tools
• Must have clear cognition and independent view of various design styles and the latest design trends.
• Knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, SASS is important

Job Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for understanding a client brief and converting that into appealing, highly usable interfaces.
• Executing interaction design and visual design as a part of a multidisciplinary team
• Collaborating on user experience planning with a lead experience architect
• Consulting with clients and lead experience architect
• Researching interaction design trends
• Researching technology trends
• Interact with clients across stages of pre-sales and project delivery.
• Support sales and marketing team win clients and expand the business with the existing clients.
• The designers duty shall be to evangelize design across other business units and steer internal transformations, leading with the design.
• Coordinate with the UI design team on issues like navigation, page routing, product/project page design, and more, and ensure that the design is developed for the best user experience
• Track usability goals and prepare reports for senior management
• Conduct usability tests on each independent type of page on the website and create a report showcasing your findings
• Communicating scenarios (hypothetical users), end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to other people working on a product/ project
• Developing and maintaining design wireframes (basic mock-ups of applications) and specifications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues

Qualification Requirements

• 6+ years of user experience design experience for software, Web, and Mobile applications which leverage emergent technologies
• Must be working in the consulting setup for the last 3 years
