Job Description
Create sketches, graphics, templates, layouts, themes, typography, and visual standards for the app/website
Partner with front-end engineers on UI implementation
Bring consistency to our UX at all touchpoints
Partner with UX Researchers, Product Owners, and Engineering to drive features from research to implementation and roadmap capabilities for UX features
Leverage user research to influence stakeholders and improve product designs and strategy.
Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process by using wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high-fidelity prototypes.
Collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, and Researchers in bringing yourdesigns to life.
Deliver the designs for each release through working with the Engineering team ondriving fit-and-finish polish.
Run design sprints and workshops to help the team define visions and features.
Create and evolve our design system and design new components and patterns where necessary.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design or related field or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years experience in a User Experience (UI/UX) Design role.
A design portfolio showcasing your proficiency in translating research insights intogreat product experiences, reflecting the synthesis of good visual and interactiondesign principles.
Strong familiarity with design tools, graphic formats, and user interface
technologies (Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, InVision, Flinto, Framer, Processing, Unity,and other related tools).
Understanding of user-centered design principles.
Track record of strong collaboration with Product Development and Engineering teams.
Experience working with and/or designing products for people with disabilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills
including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organisation.
Define UX patterns, guidelines and cross platform design systems.
The ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously and multi-task in an agile environment.
Ability to meet ambitious deadlines and deliver high-quality work in time.
