UI/UX Designer

You will lead design initiatives, shape product strategy, and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications—from research and ideation to prototyping and final delivery.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
• Translate complex business requirements into simple, user-friendly interfaces.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment.
• Facilitate and participate in design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and stakeholder presentations.
• Produce UX documentation, including IA maps, annotated wireframes, and design specifications for development handoff.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices (e.g., WCAG compliance).
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies, including AI-enhanced design workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing enterprise or complex application design.
• Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing enterprise applications, e-commerce, or productivity tools.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience creating developer-ready assets and documentation.
• Understanding of design systems and scalable component-based design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or experience collaborating closely with front-end developers.
• Experience in UX writing, storytelling, or creating presentation-ready assets.
• Visual design skills such as illustration, motion graphics, or video editing.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or a related field.
