Job Description
- Reporting to the Director of User Experience and Design, you will consistently deliver a high standard of work, as well as collaborating with international development teams and stakeholders
- You keep an eye on the focus of the projects, ensuring that timelines are shaped in the most efficient and productive ways
- Helping stakeholders shape requirements through UX and design thinking exercises
- Utilising a design system in your design work, as well as working towards expanding it
- Read, interpret, and improve product requirements
- Designing financial software for a wide range of international clients
- Working with Development during handoff cycles and providing support
- Conducting UX Research and User Interviews
- Report UX Research findings to the Director of User Experience and Design and other members of the UI/UX team
- Producing prototypes and designs in Figma, creating documentation for development
- You strive to solve complex problems through simple solutions
- Effectively manage workloads within agreed timescales
- Participating in feedback loops with internal teams, and users and receiving feedback on your work with a positive spirit.
