Ui Developer

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced UI Engineer to develop, maintain, and enhance the frontend of our development platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React, hands-on experience with Playwright for UI automation, working knowledge of Python, and exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP. The candidate should also possess team leadership experience, client-facing communication skills, and the ability to guide a team of 59 engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.
• Design and implement reusable UI components following modern frontend development practices.
• Develop and execute UI automation tests using Playwright.
• Collaborate with backend developers using Python APIs and services.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for application deployment and integration.
• Optimize application performance, security, and user experience.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Lead a team of 5–9 developers, providing technical guidance and mentoring.
• Interact directly with clients on a daily basis to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required Skills

• 6–10 years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in React.js.
• Experience in Playwright for UI automation testing.
• Good programming knowledge in Python.
• Basic to intermediate experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading teams of 5–9 members.
