UI Developer - HTML/ CSS

- Thorough knowledge of HTML5, Java script, Angular JS, CSS3

- Create clean, elegant, pixel perfect, user-centered designs based on customer feedback, business needs and market research supported by wireframes, mockups, designs and interactions.

- Rapidly iterate through feature additions and updates, considering various use cases and user flows across different platforms.

- Brainstorm, research, wireframe, design and refine user experiences all within the specified product.

- Design a cohesive UI architecture, interface and interaction flow on the Web & Mobile.

- Translate customer and focus group feedback into UI/UX enhancements and/or new features including navigation/usability.

- Work closely with a cross-functional team that includes product managers, customers and development teams to create simple, easy to use interfaces.

- Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)

- Continuously keep yourself and your team updated with the latest changes in the UI trends.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

- Work from inception to completion - from ideation, to design, to development, and finally creating pixel perfect UI.

- Experience with designing complex flows for app and website, especially dashboards and their interactions.

- Experience in data visualization, creating intuitive charts and graphs.

- Min. 1 year of UI Development experience in crafting pixel-perfect apps and websites.

- Perform usability sessions with key stakeholders and customers to get feedback.

- Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision

- Sound knowledge and experience of using UI design and prototyping tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Principle, AxureRP, Origami Studio etc.

- Thorough Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML5, Java script, Angular JS, CSS3 and Android XML layouts.
