Job Description
We re looking for a creative, detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can turn complex requirements into simple, intuitive, and delightful experiences across web and mobile platforms. If you care deeply about usability, love collaborating with engineers and product managers, and want your designs to be used at scale this role is for you.
What you ll Own
User Research & Problem Framing
Work closely with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.
Conduct ongoing user research to uncover insights and validate design decisions.
Translate business goals and user needs into clear, intuitive design solutions.
Design & Prototyping
Create user journeys, storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
Design UI components such as navigation, menus, tabs, widgets, and search interfaces.
Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Create original visual assets including icons, illustrations, and graphics.
Design new interfaces and continuously improve existing user experiences.
Testing & Iteration
Conduct usability testing to validate concepts and flows.
Identify and resolve UX issues related to responsiveness, clarity, and interaction.
Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and real-world usage.
Test and refine new ideas before full rollout.
Collaboration & Communication
Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and stakeholders.
Clearly explain design trade-offs and options.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and client-facing teams to ensure alignment.
Design Systems & Standards
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, design systems, fonts, colors, and visual standards.
Document UI/UX decisions, patterns, and requirements.
Deliver user-centered solutions grounded in research and best practices.
What We re Looking For
2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
A strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application design .
Proficiency with wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Wireframe.cc, etc.).
Solid understanding of UX principles, design systems, and user-centered design methodologies .
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver).
Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 is a plus.
Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage time effectively and work with multiple stakeholders.
Bachelor s degree in Design or a related field .
