UI / UX Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative UI / UX Designer with 0 to 6 months of experience to join our team at Appic Softwares. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for designing user-centered interfaces and experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

• Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design requirements and solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve design solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards.

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of human-computer interaction principles and design patterns.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles and HTML/CSS is a plus.
