We want a designer who thinks in flows and systems, not just screens.
About the role
As our UI/UX Designer, youll own the experience end-to-end: research, flows, wireframes, and polished high-fidelity UI that our developers can build without guesswork. Youll work across client projects and our own AI products, balancing what looks good with what actually helps someone finish a task.
Youll partner closely with developers and content writers in a small senior team, and your design system thinking will keep our work consistent as we scale. Designs you ship go live this is hands-on product and marketing design, not slide decks.
What you ll do
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma.
- Build and maintain reusable design systems and components.
- Translate client and product goals into intuitive, accessible interfaces.
- Run lightweight research and usability checks to validate decisions.
- Partner with developers to ensure designs ship faithfully.
- Contribute to the visual direction of our marketing site and AI products.
What we re looking for
- 4+ years in UI/UX or product design with a portfolio to show it.
- Expert in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and prototyping.
- Strong grasp of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Understanding of accessibility and responsive/mobile-first design.
- Able to explain the why behind your design decisions.
Bonus points for
- Experience designing web apps or SaaS dashboards (not just marketing pages).
- Familiarity with design tokens and how design systems map to code.
- Some motion/interaction design sensibility.
- Interest in designing for AI-driven products and workflows.
