Job Description
Teknomoto Automart Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to drive tyre business growth, strengthen dealer networks, and expand market presence across assigned territories.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in tyre sales and channel management, preferably with leading tyre manufacturers such as MRF, CEAT, Apollo Tyres, TVS Eurogrip, JK Tyre, Bridgestone, Michelin, or similar reputed organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth through dealer and distributor network expansion.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners and key accounts.
- Manage relationships with dealers, distributors, fleet operators, and institutional customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Conduct regular market visits and business development activities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure product availability.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence reports.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in tyre sales, channel sales, or automotive aftermarket sales.
- Experience with reputed tyre brands such as:
- MRF
- CEAT
- Apollo Tyres
- TVS Eurogrip
- JK Tyre
- Bridgestone
- Michelin
- Other leading tyre manufacturers
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network within the tyre and automotive industry.
- Experience in handling dealer and distributor ecosystems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple territories.
- Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.
