As Trust Onboarding Specialist Professional within our Wealth Management Trusts Estates , you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.

• Review account opening forms and supporting documents, updating account/client information, terms, and fees in coordination with the US coverage team
• Interpret governing instruments and applicable law to establish account records, including payment and fee schedules
• Complete all account opening requirements by following established checklists
• Conduct QA/QC checks on new account codings
• Validate that appropriate account codings are in place

• Hold a Bachelor s degree
• Bring 5+ years of financial services experience with exposure to managing client information
• Demonstrate technical skills and interest in working with data and systems
• Understand how data components work together across processes and systems
• Translate information from emails/documents into accurate system data updates
• Apply initiative, critical analysis, and sound judgment to problem solving and risk management
• Communicate clearly and concisely with strong time management, learning agility, and adaptability
• Build strong relationships with colleagues in India and across the Global Trusts Estates Practice

• Leverage prior experience working in the Trusts Estates space
