Job Brief: Required to Profitably Manage Fixed Income Investments and Trading Portfolio

Market Tracking

Form views on macro-economic conditions, regulations; present, engage on the same with team / leadership
Analyze & track relevant markets, sectors, credits and companies for trading, investments from fixed income perspective
Utilize existing connects in fixed income industry, ability to hold conversations to generate information and relevant leads

Liquidity Planning & Fixed Income Investments:

Liquidity planning for the Group
Gauge, recommend and seize investment opportunities in fixed income instruments like Bonds, MFs, CP, CD, Gsec/ SDLs, etc; evaluate investment opportunities in Hybrid instruments like Invit/ Reit, new category of funds, et cetera
Generate trading gains in corporate bonds, G-Secs, SDLs, T-bills, CPs & other debt instruments
Stay updated on treasury-related Group Investment Policy, other internal policies & regulatory developments that are key to execution of above

Operational:

Knowledge on back office transactional operations (settlement of trades) - handle complete end-to-end execution of investment through ftrac, C-brics, knowledge of NDS-OM and TREPS platforms
Knowledge on MTM valuation of investment instruments using models - DCF, Technical analysis, etc
P&L tracking and MIS reporting
Assist in all treasuries related operational tasks from time to time as required

Preferred candidate profile

Strong experience in fixed income dealing, treasury, trading; deep understanding of Indian debt markets
Strong credit analysis, market intelligence & stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in MIS reporting & financial analysis
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high responsibility environment
Qualified CA / MBA with 7 to 9 years experience in Corporate Treasury in investments, trading / mutual fund AMC/ dealers / family offices
