Job Responsibilities
The responsibility of a treasury department within an organization typically revolve around managing the financial assets, liabilities, and risks to ensure the company s financial stability & liquidity. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting and Treasury Executive to join our finance team.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Treasury Operations:
- Monitor and manage the companys cash position and bank account balances.
- Execute cash management activities, including cash forecasting, cash flow analysis, and fund transfers.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for various treasury-related transactions.
- Ensure compliance with cash handling and treasury management policies.
2. Cash Flow Management:
- Analyze cash flow patterns and identify opportunities to optimize cash utilization.
- Support cash flow forecasting and variance analysis.
- Recommend strategies to improve working capital management and liquidity.
3. Financial Reporting Support:
- Assist in preparing financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reports.
- Provide necessary data and insights to support financial analysis and decisionmaking.
4. Compliance and Audit:
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry guidelines.
Skills Required
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting and treasury functions.
- CA Inter/ MBA/ M.com qualified.
- Bookkeeping, treasury operations, cash flow management, and supporting financial reporting processes.
- High level of accuracy, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualification
Educational qualifications include a bachelor s or master s degree in a quantitative area such as Finance, M.Com, CA Internship, or an MBA in Finance
