1.Understanding client Travel arrangements
2. Give Detail information about Travel destinations, Visa requirements, Travel safety and health Protocols
3.Ability to handle cancellation,changes and Re-booking
4. Customer service satisfaction
5. Ability to maintain accurate records of bookings, Payments
6. Stay updated about new trending travel destinations
7. Upsell services such as upgraded rooms, travel insurance or premium flight seats
8. Ability to resolve problem
Preferred candidate profile
Male candidates would given preference
Ability to use Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre software
preference will be given to those candidates who can use Amadeus Software
