We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant VIP Desk to manage travel arrangements for high-profile clients such as CEOs, CMOs, senior executives, and business owners. The role requires exceptional service delivery, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex international travel requirements while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end international travel arrangements for VIP clients and senior executives.
• Book and manage international flights, hotels, ground transportation, and travel insurance.
• Provide personalized travel solutions based on client preferences, schedules, and urgency.
• Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, and re-issues with minimal disruption to travel plans.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors to ensure premium service delivery.
• Maintain high levels of confidentiality while dealing with senior leadership and high-net-worth clients.
• Monitor travel schedules and provide proactive updates and support during travel.
• Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and cost optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in corporate travel / VIP desk / luxury travel management.
• Strong knowledge of international ticketing, fare rules, visa basics, and travel documentation.
• Hands-on experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and client management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage urgent VIP requests.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
