Job Description
Exp in travel consulting with focus on group bookings (B2B)
Exp of GDS systems -Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre
Excellent comms
Handle group booking requests from B2B partners (travel agent, corporates)
Issue tickets,handle reissuance, cancellation &refundCoordinate with airline representatives for seat blocks, PNRs, confirmation
Manage end-to-end group travel itineraries
Maintain relationships with airline partners and B2B clients
