Transport Senior Supervisor

• Monitor and manage daily transport operations for hospital vehicles and ambulances.
• Implement and supervise vehicle tracking mechanisms using GPS and tracking software.
• Ensure timely pickup and drop services for patients, staff, and doctors.
• Track vehicle movement, route adherence, fuel consumption, and driver performance.
• Coordinate emergency ambulance dispatch and real-time monitoring.
• Maintain transport MIS reports, logs, and utilization records.
• Ensure vehicle maintenance schedules, insurance, pollution checks, and compliance documentation.
• Handle vendor management for outsourced transport services.
• Monitor transport-related complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain transport safety standards and infection control protocols in vehicles.
• Optimize routes to reduce operational costs and turnaround time.
• Coordinate with security, operations, nursing, and emergency departments for smooth patient movement.
• Ensure availability of vehicles during emergencies and critical situations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transport performance reports.
