Key Responsibilities
End-to-end transportation program management across India
Vendor and contract management
Transport strategy, process improvement, and cost optimization
Budget management, invoicing, and reporting (MBR/QBR)
Data analytics, dashboarding, and operational insights
Cross-functional stakeholder management with HR, Security, Finance, Facilities, and Leadership
Ensuring compliance, safety, and employee satisfaction.
Skills & Experience Required
5+ years of experience in corporate transportation/logistics program management
Strong knowledge of PAN India transportation operations
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, and data analytics tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-driven mindset
Experience in budget management, vendor governance, and operational reporting
