Job Description

Kored Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Transport Manager to manage fleet operations, transportation logistics, and vehicle maintenance for large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the company's fleet, including heavy commercial vehicles and project equipment.
• Plan and coordinate transportation for materials, machinery, and manpower across project sites.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and timely servicing of all vehicles.
• Monitor fuel consumption and implement cost-control measures.
• Maintain transport documentation, including insurance, permits, fitness certificates, and registrations.
• Coordinate with transport vendors and negotiate service agreements.
• Supervise drivers and transport staff while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Track vehicle movement using GPS and prepare daily/monthly MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with RTO regulations and company policies.
• Support project teams by ensuring timely vehicle availability and efficient logistics.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in transport or fleet management within infrastructure, construction, railway, highway, or road projects.
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, logistics, vehicle maintenance, and transport compliance.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
