Transport Incharge - Full Truck Load (FTL)

We've been retained by one of the leading multi-billion business conglomerate to fulfil its manpower requirement. And currently, were scouting for Traffic Incharge / Transportation Incharge for its FTL Business to be based out in out at multiple pan India locations Pune/Indore/Vadodara/Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad/Coimbatore/Haridwar. Core Responsibilities:

• Capable of negotiating with fleet owners truck owners / transporters about pricing, services, terms and conditions, and closing the deal
• End-to-end management of all agreements and contracts with Supply partners
• Good knowledge of the logistics planning, regulations and policies, floating enquiry to the market (RFQ)
• Taking project-specific quotations from the vendors under required technical specifications
• Planning allotting the vehicles in correct capacity as per requirement
• Working closely with truck owners, transporters in the region

Qualifications:

• Good understanding of how freight market and relationships between truckers, shippers and brokers work.
• Experience with an existing digital freight aggregation platform will be preferred.
