Transport Coordinator

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Forming of Incident report • Ensure the adherence of SLAs as agreed upon by the vendor in accordance with the Transport SOPs • Check & control on the fleet deployed by the vendor (Driver & Vehicles) In case of any non adherence by the Vendor/process, report the incident to the Transport Manager. • Fleet Management • Ensure the addition/deletion of the fleet deployed is brought to the notice by the vendor. • Periodical review of the fleet deployed. • Ensure there is no mismatch between the vendor and the process on total no. of employees registered & transported. • Tracking and monitoring of vehicles/employees via GPS. • Ensure all the details of the staff transportation are maintained by Transport Supervisors to ensure smooth reconciliation of the of the vendors bills. INTERPERSONAL: • Smooth co-ordination of the transport supervisors & vendor supervisor. • Must be comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment. • Work effectively within the team.

Desired Experience & Qualification:

• 12th + degree strongly preferred.
• 3 to 4 years relevant Transport experience preferred, but entry-level candidates will be considered.
• Must possess a written, verbal, negotiation, and analytical skills
• . Must have the ability to make decisions independently.
